When Scottee was 15 years old he was summoned by the courts to attend therapy. Therapy is usually a self motivated action but this had become an obligatory form of performance, with this he entered a world of make believe via his bed with Louise Rednapp.

Cognitive sees Scottee present his first solo dance production, exploring an honest look at ourselves, our emotions & our thoughts intertwined with monologues from people who knew him in a forgotten bedroom above the RVT.

2010 has seen Scottee transform into a cult performer, Timeout awarded him 'Performer of the year', Nick Knight & i-D chose him as one of the 100 faces of the decade and his performance company Eat Your Heart Out achieved national acclaim with their sell out UK tour. Scottee is dedicated to developing new, diverse & exciting performance in non-theatre spaces, Cognitive will be no different.
